Change in consultation hours:

On 20.12.2024, the acute consultation hour will take place from 11:45 to 13:00.

During the Christmas holidays from 23.12.2024 to 01.01.2025 we will be there for you during the following office hours:

In urgent medical cases, please contact your family doctor, the medical on-call service of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Tel 116 117) or an ambulance service.

Mask requirement:

Please wear a medical or FFP2 mask if you come to our practice with cold symptoms.

Covid-19:
For existing patients who have tested positive for Covid, there is the option of a sick note via video consultation. To do this, please send us a photo of your insurance card (front and back) and a photo of the rapid test to our e-mail address: info@a-c.berlin. You will then receive an appointment for a video consultation. Please do not come to the consultation with a positive test result.

Our practice will be closed from 23.12.2024 to 01.01.2025. E-mails will be processed to a limited extent during the practice vacation. Depending on the nature and complexity of your request, the response may be delayed until after the practice vacation. We cannot be reached by telephone.
